![]() The long-wearing concealer formula camouflages darkness under the eyes, redness and skin imperfections. Girl's HD Pro Concealers are crease-resistant with opaque coverage in a creamy, yet lightweight texture. I mean, there’s a REASON why all the youtubers love it right? So maybe you’ll love it too! Either way for £5 it’s not going to break your budget and it’s worth the try.L.A. However – just because this product doesn’t work for me – that doesn’t meant it will be the same for you. ![]() I’ve used different primers underneath it, mixed it with other concealers, set it with different powders and used different setting sprays on it etc. I mean, I’ve had these for like half a year now and I still try using it to see if a different method will make it work on me. Now I’ve tried a ton of different methods to make this concealer work for me. It sunk into my pores, it separated, it faded…and long story short, I looked like a the hottest of hot messes. I have very oily skin and as soon as that oil started to come through on my face, the concealer just GAVE UP. ![]() The reason why I don’t like this concealer is because it has NO lasting power on me. BUT that’s where the pros of this product ends. It covered all my dark circles and redness and gave me a flawless finish without looking cake-y. One point in favour of this concealer is that it DOES have good coverage. However, the thick consistency made the concealer quite easy to blend and the weird gritty bits DID blend away. But when you look at it closely, it almost looks…gritty? Like there are chunks/chunky bits in the concealer. It goes past creamy – it’s more of a mousse texture. And when you’ve finally gone past the watery substance and you get the concealer, it’s got the weirdest consistency. ![]() No matter how much you shake the tube it ALWAYS happens. Overall – I really don’t like this concealer.įirstly, when you squeeze the tube this weird watery substance comes out. But OH WELL, let’s casually look over that. It’s like a little brush which is equally useless as it is unhygienic. The applicator is the kind of applicator you find on the “click-pen” highlighters such as the YSL Touche Eclat. I actually like this kind of packaging, I think it’s very effective because you can squeeze a lot more of the product out. The packaging is similar to toothpaste packaging – it’s squeaky tube. I intended to use this for spot concealing and covering redness. So you’re likely to find something to suit you.Ĭreamy Beige is a lighter yellow-toned concealer which I like to use around my eyes and to highlight whereas Pure Beige is a darker colour (still yellow-toned though) which matches my actual skin tone very well. Anyway, you get 8g of product and they have a HUGE range of colours that range from fair to dark and also include some colour-correcting shades. It’s not bad, but I suppose when ordering online you have to also consider shipping costs. I ended up picking two colours: Pure Beige and Creamy Beige. I paid £5 for each of these, which puts this concealer smack bang in the middle of the drugstore price range. However, I think you can purchase them on various UK makeup websites that stock US brands. So I got the LA Girl Pro Concealers from a small shop which sold US brands such as LA Girl, but sadly it closed down so I don’t think it would be much use to name it in this post. Naturally – I jumped on the bandwagon faster than you could say “I’m a broke student who can’t afford MAC”. They exploded on the scene after being described as the dirt-cheap dupe for the equally infamous MAC Pro Longwear concealer. Okay so if you’re an avid beauty lover like myself, you’ll probably have heard of this concealer somewhere. It’s a classic case of ‘YouTube made me buy it’ syndrome.
